• Can I really learn enough to start investing in real estate with a limited time commitment each week?

  Absolutely. Our program is built on the principle that effective learning can be integrated into even the busiest schedules.

• I'm not sure if now is the right time to invest. What if the property I buy loses its value soon after the purchase?

  Every investment property we analyze will go through a personalized “buy-box” that you create based on your individual desired outcomes.

  One of the primary investment rules in our program is we NEVER encourage investors to buy properties that have a negative monthly cash flow.

  This ensures that even if property values go down in the short term, you are still generating monthly positive cash flow to support your operations

• How do you plan to address individuals who might become overly conservative in their approach, potentially missing out on lucrative opportunities due to fear or indecision?

  While the buy-box is based on each individual’s desired outcomes and risk tolerance, we will teach people how the risk-reward scale typically works in real estate using real-life examples. 

  Nobody will ever be pressured into taking on more risk than they’re comfortable with, but we will empower each investor to analyze enough deals & get experience looking at both qualitative & quantitative factors that they’ll naturally gain more confidence in their analysis.

• Considering the variability in real estate markets based on geography (urban vs. rural, different states ), how does your playbook adapt to these variations?

  While we will happily share my contacts within the markets we personally invest in, this course is meant to help investors discover the best markets for them to invest in based on their personal circumstances. These circumstances include (but are not limited to): 

  • Available amount of $ to invest 
  • Connections to local real-estate professionals 
  • Whether or not the investor prefers to invest in their home market or if they have a risk-tolerance to invest & manage remotely

• How do you advise or guide individuals in the playbook when it comes to property management, especially if they are investing remotely?

  We teach investors the pros/cons of self-managing vs. hiring a property manager. This includes investment properties that are located out-of-state.

  There are tools, software, and strategies for how to manage properties completely remotely, which involve building a contact list of local trusted vendors. 

  With that said, many of our investors are busy professionals who would rather hire a property manager to handle these tasks for them. We have a comprehensive list of interview questions and strategies on how to research & qualify a property manager that you can trust to do the job right.

• How does your playbook account for or adjust to these larger macro trends when guiding investors?

  As work-from-home gains popularity and employers allow more employees to work out of state, investment properties stand to benefit. We like to encourage investors to pick areas & neighborhoods that have the type of amenities that would appeal to quality tenants of all demographics.

  This includes researching the types of businesses in the area, walkability score, access to public transportation, safety & crime stats, and more.

• How does your playbook introduce and educate beginners on these basic principles to ensure they can make informed decisions throughout their investment journey?

  We introduce the key vocabulary early on in our playbook and continue to reinforce those learnings throughout the process.

  By delving into deal analysis early & often, investors will have ample opportunities to APPLY these concepts, which will help them retain the information instead of simply reading it in passing.

• How does your playbook advise individuals when a downturn or recession hits? Does it have strategies in place for those scenarios, ensuring that investors are prepared not just for the growth phases but also for potential downturns?

  We underwrite all our properties conservatively, budgeting for maintenance, capex, vacancy, property management, utilities, and even contingencies.

  This includes setting aside reserve funds for major expenses as part of our initial purchase price. By doing so, we set ourselves up for resilience, even during difficult times

• What if I don’t have enough time to dedicate to the program due to my full-time job and family commitments?

  The Remote Real Estate Academy is specifically designed for busy professionals like you.

  We understand the challenge of balancing a demanding job, family life, and investing in your education. Our curriculum is delivered in bite-sized, manageable segments that can fit into a hectic schedule.

• The Accountability Clause

  The success of the Remote Real Estate Academy is built on mutual commitment — ours to provide you with the best possible education and support, and yours to engage with the material and apply what you learn.

  We’ve designed our entire portfolios with systems that can be operated in 20 minutes per day, no matter how much we scale. And we are committed to helping you build your business in the same way.

  With that said, if you do not access the course materials or participate in the learning process, you should not expect to see similar results. We’ll be here to support you but you’ll need to meet us halfway to get the best results. 

• What is Your Refund Policy

  If you for any reason decide within the first 45 days that the program isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll refund 100% of your investment.
